Nature of work

  • You will be responsible for planning, optimizing transport routes, organizing cargo transportation, supervising and controlling transportation processes;
  • Cooperation with company drivers, organization and control of their work;
  • Cooperation with existing carriers and search for new ones;
  • Constant communication with colleagues, solving issues arising during cargo transportation;
  • Prompt solution of problematic situations;
  • Document administration;
  • Keeping drivers' working time records;
  • Calculation of wages for drivers.

Employee requirements

  • Higher/advanced non-university education in business management, marketing or logistics is preferred (would be an advantage);
  • AT LEAST 1 year of work experience in the field of transport logistics is REQUIRED;
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel);
  • Ability to make the right decisions;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Communication, persistence, responsibility, quick orientation, time planning skills, desire to learn and improve;
  • Knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage.
