What will you do with us?
- I organize the transportation of partial and full loads in Western Europe;
- You will actively work with the company's drivers in order to ensure efficient cargo transportation, you will help quickly solve problems and questions arising on the road;
- You will be responsible for creating the best routes and you will observe how the drivers of your group manage to follow them;
- I also control the work and rest times of the drivers;
- You won't need to look for cargo - our partners take care of that, with whom you will have to constantly actively cooperate;
- You will work with certain transport documentation, you will ensure that the orders are closed on time, according to the client's needs and the company's procedures;
- Together with the team, you will solve other issues related to transport activities;
- You will have the opportunity to participate in various project activities aimed at improving internal processes.
We hope you:
- Has experience in planning transport work independently (from 1 year);
- Can communicate well in Russian and English (this is important, because we do transport activities outside the LT market);
- You have good negotiation skills, you are communicative and able to work in a team;
- You are independent and know how to plan your working time;
- You like dynamics, and challenges are usually new opportunities for you.
