Are you not afraid of challenges and are you ready to grow with us? RESA Motors is looking for a TRANSPORT MANAGER(S) to join the team and contribute to the company's success.
As a TRANSPORT MANAGER, you will be responsible for implementing the fleet management strategy, monitoring indicators, negotiating deals and managing suppliers. You will ensure that the cars for sale meet the requirements for sale, manage the car preparation process and work with the team to achieve the best result.

You will be responsible for:
Car preparation process:
The process of selling cars on the Lithuanian market:
- Car logistics process (organization of loading and unloading works);
- Defecting of cars (identification of defects, planning of their removal);
- Car repair, service, cleaning process control, supervision of completed works;
- Preparation of reports on completed works;
- Administration of car documents and contracts;
- Service provider management, search and maintenance of business relations;
- Collaboration with the team to ensure that the car preparation process meets the overall business goals.
The process of selling cars on the Lithuanian market:
- Placing car ads;
- Car information management, systematization;
- Conducting negotiations with potential clients;
- Additional sale of services (financing, insurance, warranty);
- Administration of sales documents and contracts.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Similar work experience (advantage);
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and Russian languages - verbally and in writing (knowledge of any other language would be considered an advantage);
- General knowledge about the exploitation, details and repair of modern cars;
- Initiative, responsibility, diligence, ability to work individually and in a team, good negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to manage and solve problems independently;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment;
- Excellent planning skills, independence, conscientiousness, orientation to the result;
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's license (category B);
- Positive "can do" attitude, willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
