Nature of work

Organization, planning, control, problem identification and prompt solution of cargo transportation in Lithuania and abroad
Responsible preparation, coordination and timely transfer of cargo and customs documents; (CMR, cargo bills, cargo specifications, etc.)
Making orders and entering data into the system
Cooperation with terminals regarding cargo collection/delivery
Work with couriers and express shipments in Lithuania and abroad
Comprehensive care of external and internal customers and search for non-standard, complex solutions
Monitoring of results, systematization, preparation of reports
Market analysis, continuous monitoring, forecasting
Negotiations and maintenance of long-term relations with suppliers (carriers).

Employee requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the transportation or logistics business
Experience working with a business management program (Navision an advantage)
Ability to work in a team
Fluency in English (required)
Knowledge of another foreign language would be an advantage
Ability to communicate quickly and smoothly with external and internal customers
Negotiation skills.
