Join the Prime Logistics Center Team!

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Transport Manager to join our dynamic team and help us expand our operations in the Polish and Western European market.

Your Role:

  • Actively search for and attract new carriers and transport companies for long-term cooperation.
  • Organize and manage cargo forwarding, ensuring smooth cargo movement.
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals and conclude contracts, as well as analyze the needs of existing carriers and provide them with optimal solutions.
  • Actively communicate with existing carriers, new partners and solve problems and malfunctions.
  • Expand and develop existing and new markets and services.

Our Requirements:

  • Experience in transport or expedition (1-2 years).
  • Excellent computer literacy and information retrieval (internet, internal documents) skills.
  • Initiative, independence, orientation to results and ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of the Western European market will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Polish language. Fluency in English and Russian is an advantage.
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage and solve situations.
