Nature of work
- control and management of transport movement;
- organization and control of work of long-distance drivers;
- constant communication with drivers - forwarders (most of them are Russian-speaking foreigners);
- administration of transport and route documents;
- solving problem situations together with the team.
Employee requirements
- good knowledge of the Russian language (another foreign language is an advantage)
- negotiation skills, communication, ability to work in a team;
- logical thinking and orientation to the result;
- resistance to stress;
- higher or higher education;
- excellent time management skills.
