Organization and control of vehicle work in EU countries;
Communication with drivers and customers;
Working with the Transport Management System, administration of orders and transport documents;
Operative solution of the problems that have arisen.

Or in the local market:

Organization, routing and control of local freight transportation by road transport in Lithuania.
Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with existing clients;
Finding and attracting new customers;
Negotiations (freight order conditions, price, terms, etc.);
Solving problems arising during cargo transportation.

Employee requirements

Work experience in the transport sector - an advantage;
Good knowledge of German and Russian languages in the EU market (drivers are spoken in Russian, clients are spoken in German);
Orientation to results;
Ability to work independently;
Responsibility, organization, ability to manage stressful situations and solve problems;
Excellent communication and computer literacy skills;

Salary

Salary is discussed at interview based on experience, competence and ability to achieve results independently. Bonuses are paid based on work results.
