For the expansion of our team in Vilnius we are looking to hire an experienced Freight Forwarder Europe. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team responsible for all European markets and occasionally collaborate with colleagues from across Europe.

What you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:

UAB "Partnerystės Logistika" is expanding its activities in Vilnius and is looking for a transport manager-forwarder. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team.
What you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Looking for daily cargo orders for the own transport (10-15 trucks) and the new clients;
- Communication with the clients;
- Administration of documentation related to freight transport;
- Ad hoc problem resolution and communication with drivers and clients.
Nature of work:
- Cargo search for own transport (10-15 trucks);
- Communication with clients and search for new clients;
- Administration of documentation related to cargo transportation;
- Prompt resolution of problems and provision of information to the client.
Employee requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Freight Forwarder preferably for the markets Benelux, Germany and Switzerland;
- Experience with ERP systems and MS-Office;
- Advanced language skills in English, language skills in German are a plus;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Team player.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a transport manager - forwarder, preferably for the Benelux, German and Swiss markets;
- Experience in working with ERP systems and MS-Office;
- Advanced English language skills are required, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fast problem solving.
