Nature of work
- Organization of technical service inspections of motor vehicles, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment.
- Organization of technical inspections of motor vehicles, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment.
- Participation in the process of putting motor vehicles, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment into operation.
- Preparation of domestic legal acts related to the operation of vehicles.
- Participation in the process of determining fuel rates for motor vehicles, mechanisms, units and equipment.
- Internal accounting of motor transport, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment.
- Control of the use and working time of motor vehicles, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment.
- Participation in the process of checking the odometers of motor vehicles, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment.
- Control of compliance with the control fuel norms of motor vehicles, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment, fuel purchase and consumption.
- Control of the accounting and filling of travel sheets for motor transport, mechanisms, aggregates and equipment.
- Management of all types of insurances and participation in the investigation process of insurance events, preparation of relevant documents regarding damages caused to the company during insurance events.
- Organization of procedures for initiation of public procurement related to transport and insurance activities and preparation of relevant technical specifications.
- Management of the transport management control system.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience.
- Road transport legislation
- Knowledge of insurance event legislation and event investigation procedures.
- Knowledge of vehicle technical inspections and service processes.
- Traffic safety rules.
- Knowledge of technical requirements for vehicles.
- Knowledge of the transport management control system.
