Nature of work
- Working with clients and partners, maintaining relations;
- Finding new carriers and maintaining relations with them;
- Communicating with carriers in solving cargo transportation issues;
- Organization and control of cargo transportation according to designated directions;
- Organization and control of the work of long-distance drivers;
- Constant communication with drivers-forwarders (most of them are Russian-speaking foreigners);
- Solving problem situations together with the team.
- Cargo search in transport exchanges
- Routes (Western Europe) planning, compilation, coordination, efficiency analysis
- Document administration control
Employee requirements
- 1 year or more managerial work experience in the field of transport;
- Work experience in the carrier's company in coordination and "loading" (searching for freight in transport exchanges);
- Negotiation skills, communication, ability to work in a team;
- Higher or higher education
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
