- To lead and develop a team of transport managers in order to ensure the effectiveness of the team's activities (the team was found by up to 10 people)
- Plan and distribute tasks, ensure their implementation
- Analyze the work of the team, solve the problems that have arisen for the team and ensure their effective solution
- Improve transport operations processes to improve work productivity
- Ensure smooth cooperation between teams
We hope that you:
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a leading position in the field of transportation
- You speak English and Russian well
- You are characterized by a strong orientation towards the result, stubbornness to achieve the set goals and you have leadership qualities
- You have excellent verbal communication skills
- You are characterized by analytical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
