NATURE OF WORK:
- Receiving calls and maintaining communication with drivers during and after a traffic accident;
- Collection of necessary information and documents about damages, preparation of reports, analysis;
- Creation of incidents in the business management program and further administration of claims;
- Administration of compulsory and comprehensive insurance contracts for heavy cargo transport (tractors, semi-trailers) owned by the company, control of deadlines;
- Cooperation with department employees and other departments;
- Improving claims settlement processes.

- You can not only communicate, but also read and write in Russian and English;
- You have similar work experience (in the field of transport damages - an advantage);
- You have good computer skills;
- You are responsible and have analytical thinking, you are able to critically evaluate the information you receive;
- Professional and personal qualities such as: initiative, communication, receptivity, attentiveness, independence - are very important to us.
