- UAB Emplonet
Nature of work:
- Communication with clients from all over the world in Tourism Information Centers;
- Management of customer requests by phone and e-mail. by mail;
- The duties of the Vilnius ambassador are to present at Vilnius fairs and events;
- Work with tourism databases - data management, collection and presentation;
- Development and organization of hospitality activities in the Tourism Information Center;
- Contribution to Go Vilnius projects and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Higher education (tourism or history would be an advantage);
- Excellent MS Office program management skills;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of English (from B2 level);
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to set priorities;
- Independence, curiosity for new experiences;
- Work experience in customer service, information provision would be an advantage.
