Asset Management Analyst

Nature of work

  • supervise and develop the work, property, procurement, contract modules and processes of the asset management information system, in cooperation with third parties, ensure prompt system error correction and implement necessary system improvements;
  • to coordinate and solve the incidents and service requests of the asset management information system registered by the system users;
  • test the improvements made to the asset management system, corrected incidents;
  • analyze the data collected in the asset management information system and carry out quality control of this data and, in cooperation with other departments of the Company, prepare processes to ensure more efficient daily operations;
  • to identify the development needs of the asset management system;
  • advise system users on issues of working with the system, prepare instructions and trainings for working with the system;
  • perform data entry into the system;
  • to analyze the good practice of asset management of gas transmission system operators in other countries.

Employee requirements

  • you have a university degree or an equivalent education in an engineering or similar field;
  • you have experience as a key user of information systems - an advantage;
  • you are well versed in basic Microsoft programs (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • You know how to work with Power Bi and other Microsoft tools (Lists, Forms, etc.) - an advantage;
  • you have excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
  • you have analytical thinking, the ability to systematize and summarize information, manage information flows;
  • you are communicative, you are able to express your thoughts in a structured and clear way in writing and orally;
  • you are interested in innovations, you want to learn and constantly improve;
  • you are responsible, diligent and results-oriented.

Wage:

Monthly remuneration of 2150 - 2500 EUR (before taxes) and financial incentive (additional remuneration depending on company and individual performance). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to achieve results independently.
