We will trust you:
- Preparation and management of the annual budget;
- Planning, organization and management of procurement tenders for goods and services;
- Conclusion and management of contracts with suppliers of services and goods;
- Management of the company's assets (premises, transport, etc.);
- Preparation of reports and analysis of results;
- Participation in various project groups.
We would like you to:
- You would have at least 1 year of experience working with clients and/or commercial real estate administration;
- You know how to work carefully and quickly with documentation;
- You would be responsible, independent and results-oriented;
- You would be able to speak and write English;
- You would have excellent negotiation skills;
- You would have a driver's license.
