Nature of work
Smooth and efficient management and maintenance of assigned commercial real estate;
Communication, cooperation, negotiations with local and foreign companies renting premises in managed shopping centers and other commercial buildings;
Planning and enforcement of annual budgets of managed real estate objects;
Control of contractual obligations, preparation of documentation, supervision and assurance of execution of various contracts related to asset management;
Responsibility for sustainable rental income, vacancy management in rented facilities;
Ensuring the smooth and high-quality work of companies providing services to objects (control of service providers of cleaning services, protection of objects, technical maintenance of structures, etc.), organization of tenders, negotiations, conclusion of contracts;
Analysis of key indicators of tenants, real estate market;
Debt administration;
Education of team members, formation of tasks, timely control and support;
Initiation and implementation of various projects related to property management and other issues related to managed property objects.

This position is important to us
Higher university education (advantage in the fields of real estate, business administration, economics, law or engineering);
Experience in commercial real estate management;
Excellent negotiation skills, management of difficult situations;
Legal knowledge, ability to conclude contracts, prepare letters and other related documents;
Knowledge of structural engineering systems and coordination of operational issues related to objects;
Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
Strategic, analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and business reputation;
category B driver's license;
