ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD(S)

Your main tasks will be:

• Formulate a strategy for the development and maintenance of non-technological assets (offices and other premises), looking for economical solutions that best meet the company's needs;
• Monitor and analyze performance and risk indicators related to the function and implement efficiency solutions;
• Manage the investment and operational cost budget related to the function and implement good budget management practices;
• Educate your team members to look for the best solutions in the field of building management and ensure a positive experience of employees in the company's offices;
• Ensure the implementation of sustainability solutions in the areas of asset management;
• Participate in the projects carried out by the company and the Ignitis group.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 3,812 and EUR 5,718 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
