IF YOU:
- has a university education
- able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian orally and in writing
- has communication skills and negotiation skills
- able to analyze the situation, think strategically and make the necessary decisions
- able to divide tasks and control them
- has excellent time planning and work organization skills
- have a driver's license (category B)
IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:
- has experience in the field of property management has experience in managerial work
- has experience in the field of low value public procurement organization and/or preparation of technical specifications
WE TRUST YOU TO CONTRIBUTE TO:
- planning and organizing the activities of subordinate employees
- taking care of the premises, territory, material assets of the care institution, technical maintenance, repair
- asset maintenance, repair, operation, analysis of fuel and other costs, their optimization and ensuring operational efficiency
- preparation of technical specifications, organization of low-value public procurements
- control of contracts related to asset management
- organization of the implementation of legal acts regulating the safety and health of the institution's employees, fire and civil safety
- search for effective asset management solutions and their implementation
- fulfillment of department goals, improvement of group activity processes and improvement of work organization
Salary
1150-1400 €/mon. net
