Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Property appraisera to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, to jointly accept decisions, to achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• You will carry out the assessment of pledged real and movable property and monitoring the values of pledged property;
• You will ensure the quality of external property valuations, the selection and rotation of external property valuers;
• I participated in the preparation and updating of procedures and procedures for the assessment of security measures taking into account supervisory requirements;
• Create statistical models of asset valuation;
• I have participated in various projects and you will be responsible for property valuation issues;
• I consult colleagues on property valuation issues.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education;
• Valid certificate of property valuer or valuer expert qualification;
• At least 5 years of work experience in property valuation (property valuation experience in a financial institution would be an advantage);
• Experience in creating statistical assessment models, developing and improving assessment procedures;
• Know the legal acts regulating property valuation and property valuation standards;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office;
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills, ability to present one's opinion fluently and reasonedly;
• Responsibility, ability to react quickly and make decisions and absorb new information;
• Good mood, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team.
