- UAB „DOMUS OPTIMA“
Nature of work
- Comprehensive assistance to the Property Appraiser in preparing Property Appraisal Reports;
- Communication with clients and other real estate market participants;
- Analysis, accumulation, systematization, summarization of information in the preparation of asset valuation reports.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (can be a student);
- Driver's license and car;
- Excellent MS Office (word/excel) skills;
- Lithuanian language (level not lower than C2), English/Russian languages - an advantage.
- Responsibility, loyalty, reliability, initiative, responsibility.
- Accuracy, attention and speed of work performance.
