We are currently looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our team. Sustainability-related work is already underway in the organization, but we are looking for someone who will combine all initiatives and work successfully in the field of sustainability

We are currently looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our team. Sustainability-related work is already underway in the organization, but we are looking for someone who will combine all initiatives and work successfully in the field of sustainability
What will your working day look like?
- You will prepare a sustainability strategy and ensure its implementation
- You will initiate and ensure the implementation of sustainability solutions, working together with colleagues from other supervised areas
- You will be responsible for documentation related to sustainability activities, its timely updating or improvement
- You will implement legislation, guidelines and recommendations related to sustainability
- I coordinate the preparation of GHG emissions calculation and reduction plans in departments
- You will be responsible for the development and communication of the culture of sustainability
- You will constantly devote time to deepening project management competencies and knowledge in the topics of sustainability and insurance
- You will ensure that we meet the standards of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).

- Higher university education
- Experience in sustainability
- Knowledge of environmental, social and governance laws and regulations, standards, and good practices imposed on organizations
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Strong planning, business planning, project management knowledge and skills
- Effective collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate fluently, in a timely manner, verbally and in writing
- Initiative, responsibility, ability to work independently, orientation to the result
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
