Educational Specialist - Educator

The private preschool "Parko jonvabalii" is looking for a team member for a group of 2-3 year old jonvabali. We organize kindergarten activities based on the principles of the Reggio Emilia philosophy of education, we pay a lot of attention to children's individuality, creative activities, we spend a lot of time outdoors - after all, there is no bad weather when the clothes are good.

We are looking for someone who loves children and knows how to see the best features in them, knows how important childhood is and how unforgettable its experiences are, is not afraid to wade through puddles or roll on the ground, at the same time is able to take responsibility, set and follow rules, and create a secure attachment relationship.

It is very important for us to have a harmonious team, whose members are able to help each other and know how to accept that help, share knowledge, experience and challenges.

The main criterion for candidates is experience and desire to work with children. We are looking for someone who understands that this path is not easy, but richly rewarding; who does not want to try, but to work and improve purposefully. Having/acquiring pedagogical (preschool and pre-school, primary education) or psychological education is a big advantage.
