Nature of work

Functions of an employee performing the duties of a farmer:
1. To ensure the purchase and accounting of long-term assets and economic inventory;
2. To control the effective, rational use and proper operation of the school property, premises inventory, to be responsible for the control of the use of the property of a public legal entity transferred for use;
3. Organize and execute public procurements and manage the necessary documents;
4. Ensure efficient use of funds allocated for goods;
5. Participate in inventories and inspections;
6. Carry out purchases of short-term and long-term assets, when a purchase commission is not established for such purchases;
7. To draw up plans and estimates for ordinary and major repairs of school real estate;
8. Organize and control the work of the service staff, ensure that farm facilities are properly maintained and purposefully used;
9. To analyze, systematize and evaluate the results of farm work and ensure the smooth operation of the institution that meets the requirements of hygiene norms;
10. Compile the service staff's work schedules and submit them to the school director for approval no later than two weeks before the schedules come into effect;
11. Fill in the service staff's time sheets every day, and submit them to the director for approval on the last day of the month;
12. Implement measures to prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases;
13. During the winter, ensure the cleaning of snow and icicles from the roofs of buildings, roads and paths in the territory, organize the sprinkling of paths leading to the school with sand;
14. Ensure timely preparation of the school's heating system for the autumn and winter season;
15. Carry out technical maintenance of the structures: organize seasonal and extraordinary inspections at the set time, fill the technical maintenance log of the structures with entries, organize the removal of defects found during the inspections;
16. Implement worker safety and health requirements: instruct all new employees (initial training at the workplace), carry out periodic and, if necessary, additional training for them; prepare worker safety and health instructions and their list, coordinate, approve and register them in the logbook of the instructions according to the established procedure;
17. Organize security and locking of school premises;
18. Ensure planned and organized civil protection activities, prepare civil protection plans and trainings;
19. Maintain and issue the soft inventory, be responsible for its cleanliness, order, and sorting.
20. To plan and organize one's activities, make decisions, independently perform other functions delegated by the director of the institution.

Employee requirements

1. To have higher or higher education;
2. Have organizational work experience;
3. Know hygiene norms, rules, laws governing labor relations, requirements for primary fire-fighting equipment, normative acts regulating activities, environmental protection, work safety and health, civil protection, requirements for the electricity industry and procedures for organizing public procurement.
