Housekeeper

ensure proper maintenance of the company's buildings and premises;
ensure the search for necessary materials and their acquisition;
carry out minor repairs;
keep records of materials, products and tools;
control that tools and protective equipment are in order;

A driver's license is required;
ability to work independently;
work planning and control skills;
diligence and responsibility;
must know safety techniques when working with devices and tools;
be able to use individual safety measures;
know the rules of electrical safety;
know the rules for lifting loads by hand;
know fire safety rules;
to comply with the company's rules of procedure.
