- permanent work schedule from 8:00 a.m. until 17:00 (permanent workplace Business Center).
You will take care of:
- maintenance of engineering systems of commercial objects;
- minor plumbing repairs;
- minor maintenance of electrical systems;
- minor farm repairs;
- transmission of defects to responsible persons;
- filling in the required documentation;
- ensuring the operation of the engineering equipment of the supervised facility;
- write-off of accounting devices;
- filling in the technical documentation;
- troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
We hope that:
- we will consider it an advantage if: you have a certificate of person responsible for heat management (it may be invalid);
- we will consider it an advantage if: you have an electrician's certificate PK, VK, AK (may be invalid);
- we will consider it an advantage if: you have work experience with electrical or heating or ventilation or air conditioning systems;
- you understand and know how to manage, build a remote management system (BMS);
- you have a category B driver's license;
- you are responsible and communicative.
Salary
1736-1928 €/mon. gross
