We are looking for a talented and experienced product designer to join our team and co-create the next generation of tools.

Your tasks:
- Work with your product team and design department.
- Generate ideas, create and implement product concepts together with the project manager and other team members using various methods (Opportunity solution tree, Customer journey map, etc.)
- Create web and mobile application prototypes (low-fi) and complete UI designs (high-fi) with Figma.
- Research the retail and catering sectors, analyze business needs.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data about the product and its users, perform their analysis and provide conclusions and proposals.
- Work closely with FE/BE programmers.
- Participate in the activities of the design department: create and improve elements of the design system, share and accept feedback, help colleagues.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product design experience, including UX and UI design experience.
- Experience in developing web and mobile applications.
- Experience in a B2B environment.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, easy-to-use tools.
- Ability to develop overall larger concepts.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience with Figma or similar design software.
- Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
- Independence, initiative and analytical thinking.
