Nature of work
- Administration of the ordering system (compilation of bills of lading, preparation of meal plans for production, etc.);
- Filling the order system (adding new dishes, menus and customers to the order system);
- Professional customer service by phone, e-mail. by mail;
- Systematization and analysis of customer feedback;
- Solving current daily problems (non-delivered food, changing routes, etc.);
- Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Very good computer skills;
- Organization, ability to promptly perform many different tasks;
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer optimal solutions;
- Activity, initiative, responsibility;
- Ability to make quick decisions, work independently and in a team;
- Knowledge of clerical rules and their application;
