Nature of work
You will be responsible for:
- Acceptance of orders and handling of their documentation;
- Customer consultation live and over the phone;
- Reply to e-mail requests;
- Resolution of conflict situations;
- Close cooperation with other company departments;
- Achieving department goals.
Employee requirements
We expect you to:
- You have experience in customer service;
- You have administered cargo transportation documents;
- Experience in the field of transport - a big advantage;
- You know Russian and/or English and have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule;
- You are a proficient user of MS Office;
- It is important for you that customers are satisfied with the quality of service;
- You are a communicative, responsible and diplomatic person;
- You are a team person and want to build long-term relationships with colleagues.
