About:
The client of Eligo Partners is a service company that provides various services (personnel management, accounting, customer service, etc.) to wholesale and distribution companies.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of order specialists, providing support and mentoring.
- Oversee processes from order receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Effectively collaborate with various other teams (sales, accounting, logistics) in the organization.
- Monitor the status of orders and ensure the fulfillment of obligations to customers and increase their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Analyze and determine performance indicators, apply and implement modern, modern technological solutions and tools necessary for their improvement.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in order management/customer service or similar, with proven experience in leading a team.
- Strong understanding of order management processes, systems and best practices.
- You are able to develop strategies and generate ideas to improve order management processes and increase team effectiveness.
- You are able to communicate fluently and solve problems.
- You are able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English (oral and written).
- You have experience with customer and supplier relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience in FMCG or similar industry would be an advantage.
