- Organization, management and control of operational work and related processes 24/7;
- Robotization of centralized dispatch control and coordinated processes, attraction of artificial intelligence;
- Organization, management, and control of the processes of timely identification and liquidation of water losses;
- Organization, management and control of operational water supply and wastewater disposal processes;
- Compliance with customer service standards and control of discrepancies;
- Determination of measurable indicators (KPI) of the department, creation and management of relations with other departments, effective organization and control of the work of department employees.
We hope you
- You have strategic, analytical thinking and the ability to substantiate your decisions;
- You are familiar with water management, energy, management or similar fields;
- You have at least 3 years of management experience in a similar and/or strategic activity (utility sector, energy an advantage)
- You have the ability to manage significant and large-scale changes;
- You know the basic principles of team formation, you have performance management, employee training and smooth delegation skills;
- You are able to effectively plan and allocate operational resources taking into account the dynamics of the activity;
- You have the entrepreneurial concept and personal qualities to create added value for the company and the city;
- Your leadership style is focused on the goal and the ever-improving result;
- You are proactive, responsible, cooperative;
- You have a category B driver's license, and you are no stranger to IT technologies.
