- Organization of the company's Šalčininkai, Švenčioni district water supply and sewage networks, sewage treatment facilities, technical maintenance, repairs, breakdowns and liquidation of accidents;
- Stable operation of the company's Šalčininkai, Švenčioni district water supply and wastewater networks, wastewater treatment facilities in accordance with the presented technological process organization and optimization recommendations;
- Search for and implementation of innovations in the company's Šalčininkai, Švenčioni district water supply and sewage networks, sewage treatment plants;
- Company's risk management related to: water quality in Šalčininkai, Švenčioni district, quality of wastewater and air treatment released by wastewater treatment plants, and waste management;
- Departmental budget planning, management, control;
- Organization and control of the work of subordinate employees;
- Determination and control of performance indicators (KPI);
- Implementation of LEAN principles (culture) in the department.
We hope you
- You have a higher education (advantage - water management or technical/engineering);
- You have at least 2 years of managerial work experience in the fields of production, infrastructure management or energy;
- You have knowledge about the operation of water supply and sewage networks - an advantage;
- You have knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies - an advantage;
- You have excellent leadership and teamwork skills;
- You communicate fluently in English (not lower than B2 level);
- You are proactive, responsible and cooperative;
- You have strategic, analytical thinking and are result-oriented.
