We are looking for a hard-working, organized, fast-learning, result- and improvement-oriented executive assistant whose main task would be to save the manager's time, attention and energy. Be ready to work irregular hours (an assistant to the manager is needed when he is working). The previous assistant moved up the career ladder within the company, so this position became vacant.

What to do:
- Plan the manager's agenda
- Prepare and submit documents for signing in English or Lithuanian
- To perform assigned one-time tasks
- Make payments as needed
- Organize meetings, gatherings, business trips
- Record board meetings
- Plan trips
- Supervise some processes/projects taking place in companies
