Tasks and responsibilities
The goal is to ensure the smooth, timely movement of the company's information flows, orderly office work, excellent company representation and the creation of a positive internal culture.
● You will manage communication tools, provide information;
● You will administer the company's social networks;
● You will prepare company documents, administer and store them;
● You will respond to inquiries and administer the company's e-mails;
● You will take care of daily office work, tools and services;
● You will help the company manager in the execution of important tasks.

Expectations for your competence
- Higher Education. There may also be a student.
- Understanding of communication etiquette.
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office).
- Excellent Lithuanian, good English/Russian language skills.
- Personal qualities compatible with the job.
We offer you:
Work in a cozy office in the center of Vilnius.
8 o'clock on a working day with the possibility of combining working hours when working from home
