Nature of work
We are looking for a manager - order executor.
Main tasks:
Main tasks:
- tasks assigned by the direct manager - invoicing;
- execution and maintenance of existing customer orders;
- coordination of press and advertising production orders;
- communication with existing and potential clients;
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
- Identification and analysis of customer needs
- communication with partners and suppliers;
- preparation of commercial offers;
- Orderly CRM filling;
- Reporting.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of sales, service or advertising is required;
- Russian and English - an advantage;
- Good working computer skills;
- Persistence, energy, business ethics, good negotiation skills, quick reaction, responsibility, diligence, punctuality;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Ability to quickly solve the questions and problems;
- Striving for results;
- Driver's license (Category B) necessary.
