Nature of work
Permanent work in a good team, in the city center bar "Piana Vyshnia"
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for consumables, prepares order lists.
2. Creates the bartenders' work schedule.
3. Fills in report logs.
4. Performs inventory accounting and closes the inventory.
5. Supervises the receipt of goods and their verification with bills of lading.
6. Conducts training for new employees (menu, in the workroom), "tour of the institution".
7. Controls compliance with hygiene norms and rules.
8. Monitors service quality.
9. Substitutes for the manager in his absence.
