YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Assisting the company manager with various administrative tasks (sending letters/greetings to clients, organizing slides, compiling Excel data, etc.).
- Assistance to the manager in planning a personal agenda (planning and coordination of meetings, organizing various reservations, solving tasks and problems assigned by the family (complaints, claims, refunds, etc.).
- Organization of manager's business trips, trips (hotels, flights, transportation, etc.).
- Preparation and drafting of various documents and contracts.
OFFER FOR YOU IF:
- You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience in administration or a similar field.
- Has good computer skills.
- Has excellent organizational and planning skills.
- You are attentive to details and able to work systematically.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
