Areas of responsibility
- Issuing VAT invoices - invoices (in English and Russian), preparation of accounts, preparation of reports, preparation of export documents for customs procedures;
- Correct and timely preparation of customs documents for imported and exported goods.
- Preparation of documents for customs clearance.
- Filling out import, export, transit and general declarations.
- Control of shipped goods.
- Preparation and control of documents related to cargo transportation.
- Customs warehouse administration;
Expectations for competence
- You are an organized person who likes to communicate and is able to manage stressful situations.
- You have been successfully working in a similar job for at least 2-3 years, you feel that you can and want to do much more - we will provide you with all the professional and development opportunities.
- You can communicate in Russian/English.
- You have work experience with customs programs, AVILDA.
- You know the EU legislation and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania regulating import/export.
- You like to make decisions independently, plan and organize your work.
- You are able to collect, systematize, summarize information, be able to define problems and predict ways to solve them.
