Your responsibilities:
- maintenance of multi-apartment residential buildings;
- communication with clients/household residents;
- sale of services to communities and residents;
- ensuring the implementation of mandatory regulatory requirements for building maintenance.
We hope you:
- you have obtained a higher education (technical, engineering, managerial);
- you have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- you are able to work effectively with MS Office programs;
- independence and initiative - your strength;
- You have successful work experience in sales, management (at least 1 year);
- You are communicative, excellent eloquence;
- You have good management skills and are open to innovation;
- You drive a car and can use it for work purposes.
