Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Managera(s) to the Šiaulių bankas group team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.
Every day you will be #closer to:
- Communicate with our clients and consult them over the phone about the services provided by the bank;
- You will create and develop sustainable relationships with existing and potential Šiaulių bankas private and business clients;
- You will be able to actively and comprehensively offer Šiauliai bankas group services;
- You will help to find the most suitable financial solutions by solving the daily questions and problems that arise for the client yourself or by directing employees of the necessary competence;
- You will improve your knowledge of bank products and services and gain valuable customer service experience;
- You will work in a bank that in 2023 was rated as the bank with the best customer service.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher university education (can be a final year student);
- Be communicative and focused on clients and results;
- Experience in customer service, in the field of sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
- Attention, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
- Strong communication and conflict situation management skills;
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Forpost program - an advantage);
- Fluent and reasoned communication in the correct Lithuanian language and knowledge of the English language.
