The company is looking for an employee for the position of manager-technician.
Since the manager needs to know the technical side of the assortment in order to sell goods, and can more easily communicate in technical language with customers, these jobs complement each other very well.
The work will include the tasks of both a manager and a technical employee:
Manager's activities:
- Customer service, preparation of commercial proposals;
- Maintaining relations with existing clients;
- Active search for new clients;
- Clarification and analysis of customer needs;
- Work with social networks;
Technical employee activities:
Conveyor belt connection works:
- mechanically;
- by cold vulcanization;
- by hot vulcanization;
- others;
Going to the customer to perform tape gluing;
Communication with customers after going to the facilities;
Other technical works of a similar nature.
The work is interesting and constantly changing, so it doesn't get boring or routine.
Experience is not necessary and is not an advantage - we train.
