Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Manager to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team , make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• Communicate with our clients and consult them by phone and e-mail. by mail;
• I consult clients on available pension accumulation or investment services;
• You will help them solve various everyday financial issues and find the most appropriate financial solutions;
• You will improve your knowledge of bank products and services and gain valuable customer service experience;
• You will be able to actively and comprehensively offer Šiauliai bankas group services;
• You will work in a bank that in 2023 was rated as the bank with the best customer service.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education;
• Be communicative and focused on clients and results;
• Experience in customer service, in the field of sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
• Attention, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Strong communication and conflict situation management skills;
• Good Microsoft Office skills;
• Fluent and well-argued communication in the correct Lithuanian language, and knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
