Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Manager to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team , make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.



Every day you will be #closer to:

• Contribute to the improvement of the business client's journey in the bank;
• You will assess the quality of processes related to the products/services of business clients;
• I initiate proposals for changes that would ensure the best customer experience in the bank;
• I will analyze and summarize accumulated data about business customer segments, product penetration, activity and profitability.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in processes, data analysis and/or management or related fields;
• Experience working in financial institutions with business clients' needs, products, processes;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and communication skills;
• Logical thinking, calculation skills and attentiveness and diligence;
• knowledge of the English language;
• Positive thinking, ability to cooperate and teamwork.
