Responsible for the implementation of the company's strategy and annual goals

Ensures the quality of children's education

Prepares, proposes and controls the departmental budget

Evaluates the performance of the unit, strives for the highest possible efficiency

Leads a team of teachers and assistants, takes care of hiring new employees, evaluates the work results of employees

Ensures that existing customers are satisfied with the quality of services provided

Takes care of attracting new customers, communicating with them, signing contracts
