We are currently looking for an active cleaning coordinator(s) for our North Clarity cleaning management team in Šiauliai, whose main functions will include:
  • Organization and coordination of cleaning works in the assigned objects of the Šiauliai region;
  • Maintenance of assigned objects (premises, territories), cleaning quality assurance through regular visits, periodic and unplanned quality inspections;
  • Work with the cleaning staff team (cleaners and janitors) - training, work planning, distribution, control;
  • Providing employees with work tools (ordering goods to assigned objects);
  • Communication with customer representatives on all cleaning matters;
  • Participation in the search for new employees, introduction to work, training.

  • Has work experience in working with clients and the team;
  • Able to delegate tasks and at the same time show an example of how to perform them;
  • Able to organize work independently;
  • You are a sociable and positive personality;
  • Pursue personal and professional goals;
  • Able to deal with situations here and now and is efficient when faced with small technical problems;
  • Has a valid driver's license;
  • You understand and can communicate in Russian.

Salary depending on the employee's personal productivity - salary from 1300 EUR to 1700 EUR, including taxes.
