We invite a cleaning service quality manager to join our team, to organize the work of the cleaning team and ensure the quality and standards of the cleaning services provided.
Nature of work
- Organization, supervision, quality control of cleaning work of commercial premises cleaning and territory maintenance workers assigned in the city of Vilnius;
- Work with the cleaning staff team (cleaners and janitors) - training, work planning, distribution, organization of replacements during illness or vacation;
- Providing employees with work tools (selection/ordering of necessary tools);
- Communication with clients (in writing and by phone), resolving conflict situations and improving the quality of work.
We hope you
- you have at least 3 years of work experience leading a team in the field of cleaning services;
- you have a responsible approach to work and are able to solve problems independently;
- you have excellent communication skills - you get along with different people, effectively manage stressful/conflict situations;
- you have excellent organizational skills - you are able to set priorities, make decisions independently, you do not get lost in a changing, dynamic environment;
- you have a driver's license (category B);
- you are active, you can't imagine yourself sitting at the computer all day and you are looking for a mobile, dynamic job.
