We are inviting a cleaning service quality manager to join the CIVINITY group of companies, who will be responsible for the cleaning quality supervision of the assigned facility on weekdays from 2:00 p.m. until 22:00
Nature of work
- Maintenance of the assigned facility, cleaning quality assurance and control, work organization and maintenance;
- Working with a team of cleaning personnel (one facility) - selection, training, work control;
- Communication with the client's representatives on all cleaning matters;
- Ordering goods;
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience;
- Good communication, planning and organizational skills;
- Energy, positive attitude towards subordinate employees;
- Responsible approach to work and ability to solve problems independently;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Good spoken and written Lithuanian language, spoken Russian language skills.
