Your mission:
- Organization of cleaning works, their distribution, performance monitoring and control;
- Constant communication and cooperation with existing clients of cleaning services;
- Professionally represent the company and solve the problems that have arisen, order the necessary goods as needed, carry out inventories;
- Communicate with the team of employees of the assigned region, create work schedules and perform personnel selection as needed;
- Planning, coordination and attendance of assigned object works;
- Timely completion of personnel documents, work records and submission to accounting;
It's cool if you:
- An advantage if you have similar work experience in the field of cleaning services;
- You are able to implement the set goals and achieve the expected results;
- You are able to communicate and gather a team, motivate it;
- Has a category B driver's license and can travel freely if needed;
