• Organization of cleaning work and preparation of work schedules;

• Budget and cost management.

We are looking for a colleague with:

• Management experience and excellent organizational skills - practically use the tools to motivate and lead the team to achieve excellent results;
  
• Pragmatic approach to work and the ability to think economically - efficient use of resources;
  
• category B driver's license;
  
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
  
• Respectful communication with clients and colleagues;
  
• Knowledge of the Russian language would be an advantage.

Experience in the field of cleaning and knowledge of modern cleaning solutions is not mandatory. We are ready to train an enthusiastic and goal-oriented candidate with the above skills and attributes.
