We are currently looking for an active and efficient cleaning service manager for our North Clarity cleaning management team in Klaipėda, whose main functions will be:
  • Organize and coordinate cleaning works in the assigned objects of the Klaipėda region;
  • Maintenance of assigned objects (premises, territories), cleaning quality assurance through regular visits, periodic and unplanned quality inspections;
  • Working with a team of cleaning personnel (cleaners and janitors) - training, work planning, distribution, control;
  • Providing employees with work tools (ordering goods to assigned objects);
  • Communication with customer representatives on all cleaning issues;
  • Participation in the search for new employees, introduction to work, training.

  • You are able to deal with situations here and now and are efficient when faced with small technical tasks;
  • Has a valid driver's license;
  • You understand and can communicate in Russian.

Salary depending on the employee's personal productivity - salary from 1500 EUR to 1700 EUR, including taxes.
