Nature of work:
- organization and coordination of cleaning works in only one object to be cleaned (VGTU dormitories);
- work supervision and quality control (VGTU dormitories);
- quality control - in the stairwells of assigned residential houses;
- formation, training, motivation of the team of cleaners;
- creation and monitoring of work schedules;
- providing employees with the necessary work tools;
- communication with clients/customers;
- performance analysis.
We hope that:
- you have experience in organizing and coordinating the activities of subordinate employees (experience in a cleaning company);
- you have excellent communication skills with different people;
- you are not afraid to take responsibility and act independently;
- Your strength is organization and managing stressful situations;
- you have acquired good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- you have a driver's license.
